We provide administrative support services related to processing of applications for Indian Consular Services in Bahrain, acting as an intermediary between applicants and the Diplomatic Mission. Our services typically include:

  • Providing information regarding application procedures, requirements, and fees based on information supplied by the Diplomatic Mission.

  • Providing application forms (online or downloadable).

  • Scheduling appointments for application submission or biometric enrollment at our Application Centre(s).

  • Accepting completed application forms and supporting documents, verifying them for completeness as per the checklist provided by the Diplomatic Mission.

  • Collecting applicable fees (consular fees on behalf of the Diplomatic Mission and our service fees).

  • Securely transmitting applications and documents to the Diplomatic Mission for assessment and decision-making.

  • Receiving processed applications/passports/documents back from the Diplomatic Mission.

  • Returning passports/documents to applicants (either through collection at our centre or via courier services, if opted).

Important Disclaimer: We are not involved in the decision-making process regarding any consular application. The assessment and decision to grant or refuse a visa, passport, OCI, or other consular service rests solely with the Diplomatic Mission. We do not guarantee the approval of any application or the timeframe within which a decision will be made. Processing times are determined by the Diplomatic Mission and can vary.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application forms and supporting documents.

  • Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the specific consular service.

  • Submit all required documents as specified.

  • Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.

  • ICWF Fees: Collected on behalf of the Indian Community Welfare Fund.

  • Service Fees: Charged by KA VISA SERVICES COMPANY W.L.L for administrative services.

All fees must be paid in BHD unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in .

5. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled via our website. Availability is limited. Failure to attend may cause delays. Instructions for booking, canceling, or rescheduling are provided online.

6. Document Handling

We exercise reasonable care in handling your documents, but are not liable for loss/damage in third-party transit or during consular custody, unless due to our own negligence.

Unclaimed documents after 30 days may be returned to the Diplomatic Mission.

7. Optional Services

Optional Services are for convenience and do not impact application outcomes. Specific T&Cs apply for services like SMS notifications, courier, etc.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Website and services are provided “as is.”

  • We disclaim liability for delays, errors, omissions, or outcomes from consular decisions.

  • Total liability is limited to the service fees paid to us (excluding consular and optional fees).

  • This does not affect rights under Bahraini law in cases of fraud, injury, or negligence.
